Overview of NISS

The National Institute of Steel Structures (NISS) is a provider of training services, technical seminars, structural engineering solutions, design consultancy, research, and peer reviews for steel structures. NISS has been established to help engineering professional gain knowledge in the design of steel structures including system design, connection design, and detailing.  Our goal is to help design firms elevate the quality of steel design of buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities. This is done by providing educational seminars, webinars and inhouse custom seminars, peer review services, conceptual design, and detailed design.  NISS has been Established by engineers bringing over 20 years of experience in designing steel structures in the United States and aroud the world. NISS has partnered with engineering institutions and companies in the United States and Europe to bring the state-of-the-art knowledge to Israel.
